Doomsday Clock Raid

It's everywhere, the stream dropped onto just about every P2.1, forum and broadcast host on the grid. The feed shows the old nuclear doomsday clock, and there is a man in an unusual mix of business shinto robes and an armor jacket standing in front of it, his face blurred. The clock reads two hours to midnight. As the man starts moving the clock hands, a distorted voice starts speaking

Though the specter of nuclear Armageddon no longer haunts us, there are other threats to this world.

The clock's hands now rest at one second to midnight

The clock has been ticking, and now we want to remind the world; It's one second to midnight. What are you going to do about it?
