Overview
An retired runner himself, Slava started and operates Runner's Resort, or "The Resort" as its outwardly known as. While appearing as a fairly respectable establishment Slava spends his off hours as a middleman for rookie runners looknig to make a name for themselves. He prides him self a a strong neutral party between Mr Johnsons and the teams that they hire. For those he likes he is willing to leverage some of his old contacts to aquire merchandice for a price.
