Overview
Albert Costello is a Psychiatrist who assists veterans with the effects of PTSD and other traumatic responses. His job is a perfect cover for what he really loves to do: give job opportunities to those abandoned by the light of the SINs that they are required to have, and show them how to live in the shadows. In layman's terms, he's a Fixer specifically for military veterans.
