Overview
A generally soft spoken and facetious South Asian dwarf woman, Garuda is a former T bird smuggler who is getting on in years and lost half her leg to a an old crash, and decided to not have it replaced. She has set herself up instead as a Mansur contact on the West Coast, assisting with their distribution network in the area and working with connected runners on other business.
