Overview

Summary

Simply going by the name Hellsing, this retired runner was once a fairly successful Street Samurai. She kept her personal life mostly to herself, though it's known to those she's close to that she worked with a fairly consistent group of other shadowrunners in the past, most of whom she's stayed in contact with. The slayer had a reputation for dealing with all sorts of types, from the mundane to the astral to the terrifying. She had seen it all in her heyday. Now she's gruff, tired, and trying to live a more peaceful life. Why that is, she won't tell anyone. Maybe there's someone she's looking after. Maybe there's another reason she's retired, an injury or other condition. Some theorize it was one of her longer lived clients, a popular rocker gal who went by Natalie Nocturne. Apparently she might've been a bodyguard for her. Maybe she was still in contact? Hard to tell.

She often wears a long red coat over a nice black button up shirt and matching pants. Her hands usually stay gloved at all times. She's apparently armed to the teeth, but you would struggle to prove that searching through her person if you were using traditional methods. She's got soot black hair, green piercing eyes, and pale white skin. She's often dealing with Shadowrunners as an intermediary, making sure people can get work and that her clients have efficient workers for the jobs they need. She has a very keen interest in making sure things run smoothly, and she has acquired several tools in her arsenal to do so. While she isn't exactly one for hooding, some say she has a soft side for those close to her, and she at least has a line she won't cross when it comes to business. Just don't ask questions about her personal life.

The Devil's Kiss

Hellsing operates out of a small hole in the wall bar in Tukwila, Seattle, tucked away into a back alleyway and marked by a small sign. The bar itself isn't that big, with capacity only for about 20 to 30 people at a time, but that's usually fine for a place that people don't tend to find on a regular stroll. Like the owner herself, this is a place for those who value their privacy. People who need to just duck inside for a while or don't want to drink somewhere packed to the gills with people. It's got a good supply though, owing to her wealth after managing to retire from a long career in the shadows, and the little staff that she has there are quite friendly. These two are Michael, a quiet but friendly ork and Ryna, a snarky little elf who likes to tease their boss. Hellsing doesn't involve those two with any of her work in the shadows. They have a tacit understanding to not prod too deeply into who is coming in and why, and she does her best to take care of them and keep them out of trouble.

As for actually operating as a fixer, she has an office in the back of the building which seems like just your standard issue office, save for the secret entrance to one of the other parts of the complex she has: a sliding door behind a bookcase, which is a short walk to a small boardroom for meetings with runners. A long table with a number of chairs all around it, one bigger chair for herself, and a nest of cabinets filled to the brim with information on people she's worked with or against. People trying to touch those tend to not leave the room again.

There's also another door in the main building, locked up tight between sequences, a very complex lock, and warded against because that leads to her own private abode. The staircase behind the door leads up to the actual residence, a small place with 2 bedrooms, master and guest, a kitchen and dining area, a living room, annnnd a personal armory in case things get awful. Hellsing lives here with her wife, another former runner who was once a performer, living quietly while still remaining involved enough for those they knew back in their prime.

Esoteric Expert	You would not believe the kind of crap this woman has gotten into. Maybe it's cuz of the name, but she's actually pretty good at dealing with that crap. +2 to negotiations involving highly magical subjects.
And I know you.	Hellsing knows to keep her people treated well. For her sake, the sake of her clients, and obviously the people under her. And she works her ass off to make sure her people get what they need. +2 dice to organizing other Service contacts for the sake of those working for her.
Vampire Hunter	Seems this girl has a talent for dealing with vampires, surprise surprise. Now, to her, business is business. Doesn't matter if the Johnson or the people working under her are infected as long as they do well. But sometimes, that kind of reputation on them is good to have when negotiating. +2 dice when negotiating with infected.
