Background
During the events of the first run in this arc, Elias Zenthra began to move up in the world after 'his' team of Shadowrunners eliminated the Brat'mal terrorist threat. Now, as the political waters get deeper, he finds himself in far deeper and far hotter waters than he might have expected. As his intelligence reports grow, he finds that he might be able to strike down the Rinelle te'Kesrae movement in Cara'sir once and for all....
The Meet
- After a call from her fixer, Paz contacts Elias about a wetwork job with a note about "Not Peace". After an angry phone call to her brother, the team agrees to the job - 40,000 to handle a wetwork concern - Elias has a lead on one of the leaders of the Rinelle ke'Tesrae.
- Paz makes the various calls to the GirlFailure group and the team begins to head to Cara'sir
- During the crossing, Quinn's boat gets searched and the Black Banner finds the smuggling compartment with 2,000 worth of Novacoke. Quinn manages to not get arrested since Elias tipped her off that Paz and company were coming through.
- After finding an airfield to park the house-boat-plane, the team makes their way to the Zenthra manor
- The meeting with Elias goes well, discussing how the Rinelle want to overthrow the Council of Princes and the Star Chamber - though the fact that they want to do away with the authoritarian Council is a grey area for Ribbon and some of the others.
- The target is Eliana Silverhair, a matronly leader of the Rinelle.

The Run
Obsidian Disguise: 13
- Day 1
- Dinner with the Zenthra's goes more or less about as poorly as expected, with Ashelander learning that the team is working for Elias
- They learn that Ashelander knows they're doing shadow work for Elias and that Verna used to be 'better', but things within the Tir have gone progressively south over the last few decades.
- Ashelander sniffs out that Obsidian is a former/current Paladin of the Order of the Knights of Beauty
- During matrix searches on Eliana and her companions, they attracted the attention of Marcus Fade, Eliana's right hand Decker, who plays matrix chicken with Quinn, scaring her off the Matrix, and then chatting with Ribbon, arranging a meeting during day 2.
