Background

Ronin was at one point hired muscle for the Arcane Eye Private Investigators firm, but not long after the death of the founder and the only one she truly listened to and respected, Manashoe, she disappeared off the face of the earth. Just slightly over a year later a runner matching the details of Ronin appeared, but she was very different. She had no memory prior to her return to the Shadows, and was kitted out with new and upgraded ware, even sported a different skillset to her previous self. Her personality also was different, gone was the brash and reckless Ronin, now she is more pragmatic, less prone to just rushing in and slicing everything around her to ribbons.

Aside from the very brief feeling she is forgetting something important to her, she is primarily focused on furthering her mastery of the Blade, with a general distaste for firearms. Such mastery of the Blade must now be tempered in the throes of deadly combat, which drives her to run in the shadows, as it is a surefire way to find that ever stronger foe to further her training.

Narrative Significant Qualities

Positive

Biocompatability (Cyberware): My body seems to be better suited to taking 'ware than others, I have every intention to make the most of that.

Redliner: Some personal tweaks and modifications to my cyberware enable me to bring out far more of its power, but at a risk to my own safety, a price I am willing to pay.

Negative

Addiction, Mild (Betameth, Kamikaze): Hard not to get hooked on stuff you use often, just gotta make sure I don't get any worse.

Dependent (Nuisance): Smokin's a bitch, calms the nerves but you just can't quit it without a lot more effort than you might be willing to put in.

Impassive: Guess I just lack the ability to care about all the death around me, all of it is a means to an end after all.

Thousand Yard Stare 2: Price of all the fightin' and killin' I do, see a lotta shit, lotta fucked up shit, can't ever forget it neither.
