Overview
A ghoul streetdoc and organlegger who will treat just about anyone... and sample their flesh later. Treated Setback after she lost her first limb (an arm) due a freak monowhip accident.
Aspects Description
- 'Ware - A specialist in acquiring and installing 'Ware of all types (especially since this generally means organs are being removed for later consumption).
- Medical - A specialist in any First Aid, Medicine, and 'Ware installation.
- Illegal - Anything that he, a client, or a 'friend' wasn't meant to have, he can get his hands on.
- Weapons And Armor - As a ghoul, Doctor O+ needs to have the tools to defend both himself and his... compatriots.
- Organlegger - He'll go the extra mile if it means he can get an organ. Also, he'll happily dispose of bodies (whether or not they're fresh).
- Ghoul Organlegger - -4 to Networking checks among non-Infected, +2 to Networking among Infected. Cannot deliver goods during daylight hours. Will require flesh as part of the payment from anyone with Loyalty 2 or less.
