A perpetually overworked and underfunded man who has a loving long term boyfriend and a cigarette habit he just can't kick. He frequently does work such as attempt to get wishes made for chronically sick children, and counselling the abused and suicidal.

In the few free clinics in the Barrens, he's earned the nickname "Concrete Angel."
