Overview
Panikos, or Panic, is the powerful Ally Spirit Deimos contracted to her aid.
He is the last remnant of The Great God Pan's power, the Aspect of Panic. As such, he find his powers quite complimentary to Deimos'. Combined with this, the opportunity to restore some green to the earth is what sold Panikos on the contract with Deimos.
