Overview

Carlos Steel-Horse is a family man who lives in the Las Vegas area. He has a wife and five children, and he tries to keep his work life separate from his home life. He is a smuggler associated with the Technicolor Wings, for whom he largely arranges work these days. He used to run all sorts of contraband across the PCC and Ute Nation, but he's settled down now.
