Overview
Seraph says at one point she was a Seraphim agent, hence her nickname. The "Chromed up Angel" as she also calls herself has begun to become a staple of aristocratic parties. Even if the host isn't always happy to have her there. Seraph knows how to get the information to get where she likes.
Besides parties, Seraph only loves 2 things. Elven Wine, and secrets. For her most coveted secrets, she will only give them out in return for another secret.
