Overview
Rodney Goodman is the main owner of the Mullingan's an old school kind of bar that is serving some of the best alcohol of Seattle (or at least he claim that). He did run into the Shadow for a bit before finding his true way : Bartending. Always looking for the best alcohol and the best cocktail to make he openned the Mulligan's with his hard earned money.
He is known to have a son, Steve that his helping him at the bar when not at school. He also actually is a bit paternalist with the runner that work for him on a regular basis.
