Summary
Rembrandt Morcombe fancies himself as a man out to get revenge on a world that will take everything from anyone to get ahead. In reality, he's a pretty face with a pretty gun that hasn't been pushed to the edge yet.
Goals
Short Term: Get some chrome that was actually made for him, and build up a nest-egg for expenses.
Long Term: Make sure the Halloweeners are always on the back-foot, make Redmond a little more hospitable, and ingratiate himself with power players.
