Overview
Donny's an especially rotund dwarf with a heavy tan. He has a love for colorful jumpsuits, and straw hats for some inexplicable reason. His right arm was replaced with an extremely modified cyberarm years ago when his meat arm was blown off by a shotgun blast during a turf war over the Brickset apartments in Renton.
Donny's an avid gambler, but a lousy one. Since he's the bookie of his gambling den he just ends up taking back everything he loses, and no one speaks up about this due to their fear and respect for "Handy Mandy".
Donny's lazy nature manifests as extreme procrastination, he'd rather water every potted plant in Renton than personally go ask for his money from the many people under his protection, so he usually makes whoever wants something from him get his protection money for him.
Donny's only real claim to fame other than his connections and "Handy Mandy" are Donny's Boys. Donny refers to all the Runners he works with as Donny's Boys, and will rarely if ever call them by their Runner name.
