Overview
In his Urban Brawl days, Cox was known as PENALTY, one of the most unfair brawlers out there, despite only playing as a Medico (not allowed to carry the ball, unarmed, mostly there to patch up wounded brawlers). PENALTY’s biggest sins relate to illegal chems/weapons being brought into the game, so his team would constantly be at an unfair advantage in the games that he was allowed to play in. Urban Brawl is not a sustainable lifestyle, though, so after a few too many successful seasons of corrupt match-fixing and smuggling of illegal stuff into brawl zones, Cox retired from the sport and opened up his own chop shop.
Appearance-wise there is not much to say, the Dr. Cox is quite bland. He has short, well-groomed, black hair with a visible 50s Datajack in the side of his head. His eyes always look slightly tired, he is of average height and build and has an old, but well-maintained, cyberarm. High cheekbones and a fairly prominent nose make up most of the man’s striking and angular features.
Evan has bipolar tendencies that mix brutal efficiency at work with an exuberant party lifestyle. He is also ruthless in business, but he does have a cynical sort of humor that cuts deep like a scalpel about him; a perhaps slightly unsettling character trait that is only bearable due to the man’s never ending confidence in his ability to perform even the most difficult operations.
