A drunkard and mechanic, good with his sawed-off but better with a wrench. Has a **few** dodge scoots on call for when theirs gonna be a scrap.
Goals
Get money, get good enough documentation to relocate and reopen his business in one of the ritzier parts of town so he can get back to making money on the regular instead of this sporadic nonsense that runners do.
Background
Born and raised in the CAS, Paul was raised a greasemonkey with his parents planning to leave him the family autoshop to carry on the 4 generations deep tradition they had of fixing their hometowns cars. Come his 29th year in this world with several drinks and bad bets later Paul lost the family autoshop as collateral and was still in debt. Deciding he rather liked his kneecaps and other bones in tact he fled the CAS to Seattle in an attempt to escape his debtors. Here he took what odd jobs he could until he was able to buy a near collapse shop that he could renovate some and turn the place around. But the clock was ticking on his debtors finding him again and he needed some big cash fast he decided to make some cheap supply investments and bought a used scoot salesmans entire stock along with a pretty nice RCC and some chainsaws. Now armed with his trusty shotgun and several lethal scooters Angry Andy is ready to take on Seattle's shadows to get himself out of the hole he's dug himself.
