Summary
The IRS hire Ace and Grasshopper to extract a corp executive that was has not been paying his taxes.
Background
The IRS have tracked down an unrated corp executive that has not been paying his taxes to UCAS. The IRS now are hiring a team to extract the individual alive as there is another team of killers who are also planning on killing him for cheating them in a business deal. The IRS entrusts Rick Rampart to hire from his pen of runners for the job.
The Meet
Grasshopper and Ace arrive and after scouting out the area seeing that the entire meet location was being heavily monitored but no one was openly armed. When they arrive at the meet location a manhole opens and a sharply dressed grey man steps out and gives them info on the target and where to find him along with info on another group aiming for his capture. The greyman leaves through the manhole asking them to not disappoint him.
The Plan
The team does some matrix searches and discovers that the mark has a girlfriend. The team's plan is to kidnap her and have Grasshopper impresonate her and get the target to an extraction location out of downtown.
The Run
Grasshopper and Ace find the target's girlfriend and useing a jammer are able to stop her camera drones while also using the vehicle pickup action to grab her and take off. After throwing her in Grasshopper's boat. Ace and Grasshopper film the video and send it to the target with a location and ransom ammount for him to bring there.
Grasshopper and Ace then take off towards downtown to follow him to make sure that he doesn't go to KE or get help. When they arrive the team gets alerts of a group of bikers are driving towards them. The group discovers that there is a group of former Lone Star members driving on bikes towards them. With the leader flicking out a collapsible scythe and the others falling in behind.
Grasshopper is able to swing in and grab the target. Ace opens fire on the bike of the leader damaging it as Grasshoper scurts alongside and is able to escape the bikers.
Aftermath
Ace and Grasshopper drop off the target at the warehouse that they were told to drop off the target to. The greyman arrives out of a manhole and says that they did an excellent job and that he will have work for them in the future before floating back into the manhole and disappering.
