Summary
Blackjack has been a Seattle resident for close to 10 years. She arrived as a new enforcement trainee, but later was kicked out due to a burned fake SIN. She is now using what she learned in her freelance P.I. work, in order to sustain herself and her brother.

Narrative Significant Qualities
- Bilingual
- Despite living in the UCAS for a majority of her life, the language she mostly spoke at home was French. Her mother and her brother only having a basic grasp of English, she has learned to use both languages interchangeably to be a bridge between them and the world.
- Social Chameleon
- As someone living with a fake SIN, especially during her training years, she had to learn how to fit in really quickly as to not cast suspicion on herself. The skills she got from that have not left her yet.
- Dependents
- She currently lives with her brother, the only family she has left. While he is now 17, he never had the chance to get a full education and as such cannot live by himself. She is the only one who can support him.
