Summary
A mildly experienced street-tough looking to make his way into the Shadowrunning scene, though still somewhat naive about the whole business. Archetype wise, he's a street-sam/infiltrator with some scouting ability.
Background
Born on the streets of Seattle to a SINless couple who had immigrated from Lagos, Africa, and couldn't afford to take care of a child from all the debt their exodus incurred, Charles learned how to survive on the streets from an early age. With his parents mostly out of their heads on a variety of drugs, he grew up mostly at the homes of neighbours who were only somewhat better off, wandering around between them, and picking up the skills that any child should know from them rather than his parents. And, well, a few that he shouldn't, given they were all SINless and a few of the fathers in the neighbourhood took it upon themselves to be the "Fun Uncles" of the group and teach kids how to pick locks and cut a purse. As luck would have it, the little knife-ear turned out to be good at it, and managed to make a tidy sum picking pockets and helping the others in his block break into shops in the better part of town. Over time, he managed to make a small reputation for himself, at least enough to get noticed by some fixers he worked under as maybe having some actual talent, and thus starts his first foray into the world-proper of running the shadows.

- Make a name for himself.
- Get himself out of the streets more permanently, stop living month to month.
- Inspire one of those cool Shadowrunner movies about his exploits.

Appearance
Average height, long black hair, pale white skin, large pointed ears. Angular facial features, mild nervous habits. Hunter tends to dress in casual clothes when not on the job, primarily plain T-shirts from cheap stores and other inexpensive clothes. While on the job, he has a heavy-duty milsurp jacket with a number of pockets, and a solid black ballistic mask with eyeholes protected by ballistic glass.
