 ===Summary===
-Born to Two disillusioned Aztechnology deserters who wished for a life for their son free from the Corps. Unfortunately, what they traded in free will for their son they paid in quality of living. Named "Starfish" by his shaman mother, his magical powers awakened early and caused plenty of headache for his parents in the form of apologies, fake explanations, and relocation. Having two academic and awakened parents with a disdain for Megacorpations meant the Starfish was taught to judge things for himself and look at several angles before jumping to conclusions. Starfish spent the first half of his life dodging Aztech and learning to control his magic, and as a result has a hefty amount of education in both subjects. At 19, while helping his parents as a Talismonger in Califree, Starfish had his first run in with the few types of thaumaturgy he wasn't allowed to freely explore - Blood Magic. His parents Corporate issued SINs eventually caught up to them, and the relatively peaceful family of three found themselves the subject of a rather aggressive corporate "reclamation" by Aztechnology. However, Starfish himself was SINless and deemed not a priority in the operation. Desperate to save their only child, his parents were ripped apart by Blood Magic in an attempt to buy Starfish enough time to escape. After a few years of wandering in The Free State, the orphaned mage made his way to Seattle's shadow community for a bigger paycheck and a chance to settle his quite literal blood feud with the Big A.
