The community of Puyallup is reeling from the mysterious disappearance of beloved resident Minnie 'May' Hopkins. Having had no contact within the last three days, concern continues to mount for the missing woman, with her family and friends anxiously awaiting any information that could lead to her whereabouts. In a heartfelt plea for assistance, the Hopkins family has offered a $5,000 reward to anyone who can provide vital information that could help bring her home safely.

Minnie 'May' Hopkins, a 29-year-old doctor, was last seen on the evening of September 27th, leaving her residence on Cedar Street. Family members say she was heading to work and would return the day after. However, she never returned, leaving her family bewildered and desperate for answers.

Local law enforcement has stopped investigating the case, reportedly saying “She’ll be fine.” Leads have been scarce, leaving Minnie's loved ones grappling with uncertainty. Community members have joined in the search efforts, posting flyers, organizing search parties, and sharing information on social media platforms in the hopes of spreading the word and gathering valuable clues.

Minnie's brother, Sam Hopkins, expressed his family's anguish during a recent press conference, saying, "Minnie is the heart and soul of our family. Her disappearance has left a void that cannot be filled. We are pleading with anyone who may have seen or heard something to come forward. Your information could be the key to finding her." Authorities are urging the public to come forward with any information, suggesting they ‘don’t have the manpower to search for another missing woman’.

Minnie 'May' Hopkins is described as a Caucasian woman with brown hair and brown eyes, standing at 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blouse, blue slacks, and sneakers. Puyallup Police Department spokesperson, Detective Sarah Martinez, stated, "Our primary concern is Minnie's safety and well-being, we just don’t want to utilize all available resources."

The $5,000 reward, which has been generously offered by the Hopkins family, is intended as a motivator for anyone with information to step forward. Detective Martinez reassured the public, "We’ll probably do something to bring Minnie home safely, but we’re hopeful that this reward will encourage those who may have vital information to come forward instead."
