Summary
A newly established Yakuza family answering to the Wanibuchi-gumi directly, to scout the lay of the land in Seattle and see if they can get a piece of the international pie other rengos have going.
Recruitment Policy
Under the founding oyabun, the Yoshinaga clan values ability and loyalty before factors such as origin of birth or metatype. If you can contribute without violating the principles of the clan, you can earn a place. All things being equal, a pro-male, pro-japanese bias remains... but the aversion to metatypes, non-japanese or women are largely non-existent.

Background
The Wanibuchi-gumi sought to expand into a new market, and granted Yoshinaga Chikara leave to create a subsidiary clan in Seattle as a test of his abilities, giving him a single retainer with which to establish things. A challenge to be sure.
