Background
the daughter of a chiphead Kat ran away from home at an early age. joining the Spiders gang she learned to survive in the urban wilderness. the gang wasn't much more then a wiz gang fighting over little scraps of land, but she learned to shoot and she learned to steal. times were good and the gang took control over a section of the Redmond. Kat even staked a clam over an old abandon building.
It could be tough living in a gang of wizards and hackers. the would often look down Kat because her only strengths are in meat space. it was only a matter of time before she got shot and left to die in turf skirmish. dragging her self to street doc gave her time to think, she could do better maybe she could even make it as shadow runner. taking the opportunity Kat fake her death and got the hell out of Redmond.
