Summary
D0M1N0, known as Dylan Popov to her friends, is an oni of above average height and unusual appearance. Though in decent shape by human standards, she's on the lower end of natural physical prowess for an Oni. What people remember her for, though, is her visible Surge qualities. Dylan has 6 arms, and skin turned stark white from its natural rhino-like toughness; Her hair (which she usually keeps in a bun) changes color with her mood, though it defaults to a nice sliver color when she isn't feeling anyway in particular. In the dark, she has a faint blue glow, which is bright enough to light a small area around her like a weak lantern. Her eyes are a captivating mix of red and yellow, though her nose is far sharper than her sight, and she is better at recognizing people through scent then by appearance.
Dylan doesn't have a lot of natural talent for socializing, though she prefers being out to being home, since the only place worse than the redmond streets where she's grown up is the place she keeps all her junk. Though she can be a little off putting, if not for her 6 arms than for her general disdain for "normals" whom she sees as weak and beneath her, she is attractive enough that people tend to forgive a little arrogance on her part; The confidence she carries herself with, super-human and super-attractive combined, are enough that she can get through daily life (though for multiple obvious reasons she tends to leave a strong impression). Summed up in a sentence: Aside from her unusual facination with dominos and her distaste for small and crowded spaces, Dylan Popov (AKA D0M1N0) enjoys smashing the skulls of her foes, turning heads as she walks down the street, and playing her favorite matrix games.

Background
Dyaln Popov, daughter of Katerina Popov, was born in the usual way in the very same redmond shithole apartment she presently occupies. Her father, a japanese buisinessman who lead on Katerina for a good time, never met Dylan and probably doesnt even know she exists. Dylan's life was permanently altered, however, only a few months after she was born when Halley's Comet passed by the earth; Like many others at that time, she became a changling. Though born an Oni, Dylan was far more familiar with her unusual SURGE features, and since her mother was human she never got involved in the Ork and Troll culture. Whether the hard knocks were coming from the school of the streets or her perpetually bitter mother, Dylan made it through her childhood with some hard-earned lessons, the ability to swing a club harder than most, and not much else. SINless and the subject of a fair amount of prejudice, Dylan turned to a life of criminal enterprise, doing odd jobs, typically for street gangs or desperate noname Js. It went from a side job to a full time thing when Dylan's mom passed away and left overdue rent payments and a fistfull of IOUs. As Dylan slowly augged up, she left her old street-rat life behind her, taking on bigger and bigger jobs until she found herself on ShadowHaven, in the care of a proper fixer. She's already a cut above the normals but one day when people think of the best the first name rolling off their tongues will be D0M1N0.
