Summary
A Johnson hires a team of runners in order to help him rig a Dungeon Dice Monsters tournament for his kid.
The Run
Sobek and Trash scout out the location of an offline server building owned by Horizon where the code for the tournament is being stored. They discover a number of Watchers, two bound Spirits (earth and water), eight guards, a mage, and a decker. The team decides to have Stormcrow and Sobek create a diversion while Trash Panda sneaks into the warded server room with a data tap so Daemon can upload the modified code (provided by the Johnson). During the distraction, Sobek draws the attention of five of the guards (the other three take up positions in the server room) and the two bound spirits. The mage summons a beast spirit to help protect the server room from any possible intrusion, while Daemon takes out the decker. During the fight outside, Stormcrow uses a Napalm prep after Sobek dives behind a car in order to take out the two bound spirits. Meanwhile, Trash Panda sneaks into the server room without anyone noticing her and Daemon uploads the code.
Aftermath
The Johnson's kid places well in the tournament and the Johnson is happy. Horizon never figured out exactly what happened.
