Background
Victory grew up on the streets of Redmond, and quickly made a reputation for herself as a troublemaker and spunky firecracker. The quintessential tough girl, she picked fights with gangers who thought they were hot shit from Redmond, to Puyallup, but she didn't win all of those fights. Wanting the ability to defend her friends and neighborhood from gangers, police brutality and more (and possessing a not so healthy lack of self preservation), she managed to get a good deal on old-model but very effective cyberlimbs and started using them to bring the pain to shady characters all over Redmond, at least the obvious ones. She relocated to the Ork Underground when she was seventeen however after she brought a little too much heat onto herself, you know poked the wrong bear? She hasn't exactly felt the desire to leave since. She's been delving into shadow business lately: after all normal jobs would just be too boring.
