Summary
Jeremiah is a SURGE human who specializes in lies, deception, and can handle himself quite well in a variety of social situations.
Goals
While he aims to eventually make monumental changes to society as a whole, and to breed feelings of acceptance towards SURGE individuals, he needs quite a bit of money to accomplish that. And in order to make lots of money, he first needs to stop owing it.

Background
WORK IN PROGRESS He was born in to a relatively low-level corporate family. Unfortunately for him, the mana surge from Haley's Comet was still in effect, and he had changed from a normal human infant, to what his parents saw as an abomination. Rather than keep the child and risk facing social rejection, they had decided to take him to the barrens, and dump him. Luckily, before he expired due to the pollution and elements, a softie of a troll had discovered him wailing in the night, and had adopted him. Through the next 19 years, he learned his way around the streets, how to lie, charm, and talk his way out of trouble. Though, not all trouble can be avoided with gilded words. Jeremy had accrued a small bit of debt in his years, mostly through gambling and pushing his luck, and his small bartending job at The Daze wasn't going to cover it. He needed something a bit more lucrative, and from the rumors he has heard, shadowrunning can be a very lucrative job.

Jeremiah tends to lean heavily toward fashionable clothes where he can, generally favoring the Morimer of London lines. However, he's not a fool to wear clothes inappropriate to a setting. In areas of poor inclination to high fashion, he instead wears regular street clothes, or a cheap suit with a simple ballistic vest beneath it for protection.
