Background
Born Joel Cross to Sebastian and Melissa Cross on the 12/2/2049.
He grew up SINless in the barrens and from a young age they loved spy trids. Falling in love with the man of mystery look and skills.
He aspired to join the CIA, but he eventually realized that a SINNless wasnt going to get into any government or corpate possission.
Instead he developed his skills at talking and shooting on the mean streets of the barrans
Working with gangs or low level syndicates he learnt how to talk and how to shoot. He got so good that he made quite a but of money, and started to ware up to get hard to kill and better at fighting.
He eventually feel into shadow work as a face who could look after himself. He built up his rep amongst several criminal organizations.
At this point he has the slick spy look and skills, and know he's ready to move into the big time of the haven.
