Summary
A bioware-heavy face, who's handy with a machine gun.
Goals
Perfect Tommy wants to be rich, plain and simple. The sooner he can retire to some tropical beach, the better.
Background
Born SINless in Seattle, Perfect Tommy knew quickly that something wasn't right with his older brother, Sam. By 8 he was already looking out for him, while his parents struggled to even put food on the table. Tommy turned quickly to scams and con artistry to pay for all the street docs they took Sam to.
When he was 12, Tommy's parents never came home. He never found out if they'd died, or just wanted out, but at any rate, he was the man of the house at that point, so he hustled the streets as hard as he could, working his way up out of the barrens of Puyallup with scams of his own invention.
By the time he was 16, he was already running the Shadows. On one job, he managed to negotiate with a street doc to outfit him with a whole suit of cyberware and bioware, in exchange for some pro bono work. It took until he was 21 to pay off that debt, free and clear. But now he was ready to start working for himself, and snag him and his brother that high-end lifestyle he always dreamed of.

Dependent (Nuisance)
- Perfect Tommy lives with an older brother who's a little touched in the head. He can mostly take care of himself, but he sometimes needs help with going to see the street doc or for the odd jobs he does in the neighborhood for cash.
Prejudiced (Outspoken, Squatters)
- After making something of himself and working his way out of the gutter, Perfect Tommy despises people who haven't managed to escape street life. He struggles to hide his contempt for squatters and the homeless, while idolizing slick corporate executives.
