Summary

Riley, as she gives that name on the streets, or Phantasm, as she is publicly known around the world, is pretty much a rebellious teen. Acting out against her management and the Corporate world as a whole. Though it is a well-known secret among the Corporate higher-ups and her Agent is tasked with helping and keeping her safe, as long as she does not go against their own assets.

• Gain more independence from SK and ultimately vanish into the shadows

Background

Being born to a wageslave in a AA-Corp always sets your life up to be somewhat mundane. Being born a Dryad to two human parents inside the AG Chemie changed that somewhat. Being awakened in a Corporation like that changed it even more. And not for the better. As soon as her parents had been given sizeable promotions for the small price of their daughter, her life was quickly and legally given over to the chemical company.

Lisa Bäcker was four years old when she remembered the first time they had experimented on her. Scientists and Managers, standing behind glass windows, while Doctors tested different, newly developed chemicals and medicines on her small body. She hated it and she hated them, even though she was not quite sure what else there was behind the walls of her "home". Days turned into weeks turned into years and her magical abilities started to develop further. Her voice and appearance enticing people around her, drawing them in, making them want her... with thirteen she went through six different people that were appointed to her and disappeared when they did things outside of what the Execs had told them. They had done a lot of that.

Also in this year, there was a group of people that came to rescue her, or at least she thought they did. In reality, they were a group of runners, hired by Saeder-Krupp, to extract the girl and bring her into a small office just outside of the Frankfurt Megaplex. From there she was flown into the UCAS and the city of Seattle. In just a few hours her whole life had changed. A new identity, Lisa Baker aka. Phantasm, a born citizen of Saeder-Krupp and a future media sensation. Her life back in the AGC so far away and her young mind still impressionable and moldable she started to forget.

But she never totally forgot, even though SK tried everything to make her life comfortable it was obvious that the only reason she was here was her abilities. She could sing like an angel, her mind sprung up with tunes that people loved and wanted to dance to and her fingers created paintings for the ages.

One would think her life was set... but don't underestimate the stubbornness of a child that never had a childhood and the suppressed rage and hate boiling inside her when she was reminded of corporations taking what they wanted and never being held responsible.
