Background
Born and raised in Neo Tokyo, Setsuka's first major employment was enlisting within the Japanese military. Fast forward a couple of hard, gruelling years, and he is then discharged for reasons he does not mention. Following from that, he takes a couple of bounty hunting jobs, one of which leads him to Seattle.
