To kill the leader of The Finnigan Family
Background
Joe is a short stumpy dwarf who'll never back down from a fight. Being raised in a crime riddled part of town it's all he's known. His father , grandfather and so on were all gang members of varing notoriety with his grandfather "Little Finger" being the most notorious starting the gang known as the "The Bird." Unfortunately Joe wasn't accepted into his grandfathers gang as his grandfather wanted better for him but old habits die hard and he ended up joining "The Finnigan Family." Having a knack for violence he quickly rose the ranks quickly and eventually became a debt collector . Using his grandfathers old knucks he'd beat the money out of people who were indebted to the mafia. After an extortion scheme went bad he was riddled with bullets and the gang forcefully replaced his limbs with cybernetics making him an even more efficient loan shark. After "The Finnigan Family" encroached on his grandfathers turf. Enough was enough and he assassinated his cronies and ran.

On his left arm are the number of people he's killed and on his right arm are the number of people he's extorted. He's got long unkempt ginger hair and beard and a scar on his forehead where one of his cronies had slashed him during their assassination. And an unusually small pinky finger?
