The N-51 Joins the Battle!
Fennec's Stream

“Hi hi chat, I'm back from break! For those of you joining stream late, KuroFennec deeeeeeeeesu, with ongoing coverage of the upcoming Rad Wars! Yeah!! I just got some neat news from a tailtip! Another bunch of mercs is jumping in just before the deadline, and they're local to Seattle! The N-51 joins the battle (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dfthmfnxAE )! You might have heard of them - they made the news for a raid on some hideout where infected were keeping people hostage. Yikes!"
The foxgirl shivers, tails fritzing up as she glances to camera 2. "Hidoi!" A news feed is temporarily tugged over the top of her face, showing the announcement from the organization in charge of the Rad Wars.
Her face returns to frame a moment later. "See? Now, who are these guys? Well, that's simple! The N-51's like, a buncha mercs who do patrols in Seattle and stuff. They run up against gangers in the Barrens, they do protection - like, the legit kind - for businesses, they're like - violence experts! Real violence experts. And now they're part of the UCAS delegation to the Rad Wars! Wow!" A burst of sparkles over her head. "Here, check it chat, have a promo video!"
And from footage cut together by the fox herself (not that she's telling chat about that), their troops are shown in action - taking down gangers, caught in sunlight, rolling through the Barrens in a VBL, unloading from a ship in Indonesia ( https://shreloaded.net/wiki/UN_officer_linked_to_slave_trade_exposed_by_mercenaries_! ) - a true propaganda piece, showing only the organization's best moments.
"See, see? They're looking sharp, they look ready to fight. It's gonna be super fun to see how they perform with the established groups - looks like an underdog to me!" A glance over to her AR. "Thanks for the cashchat, HumhumV33V33! Yeah, they have cool equipment! Thanks for the cashchat 0rzsr0! No, I'm not doing propaganda, that's just a few clips I found on Gizzoogle!"
An annoying amount of chatter with chat later, and Fennec moves on. "Now, we'll talk over what the head of that terror group the Yomi no Yumi was doing dead on an oil platform off Japan later, but first! We're gonna do a little fluff piece that I think you'll like, chat! Check it out!"
The stream moves on to a different topic quite quickly, the tonal shift as jarring as ever. Chat hate-loves it, of course. (Next stream topic: https://shreloaded.net/wiki/Waverly_Bell%27s_Blue_Period%3F%3F )
