Wheels is a rigger that enjoys the feel of road more than the feeling of bullets piercing his flesh, so he tends to be more at home with drones than people.

Background

Wheels was a street racer who had gotten caught up in one too many races, which resulted him in getting arrested by the popo for a handful of years. This doesn't exactly look good on a public record, so that limited his ability to get a decent job. Sadly, his knowledge wouldn't be able to get him anywhere...

OR WILL IT??? With his skills and mechanical knowledge, Wheels had turned one of the older vans that his grandpa had laying around into a mini tech hub, home to him while he's out on the go and hosting his base of operations so that he can keep his drones stored in the "roof".
