"The remaining Virgin Islands National Guard were expelled from the naval base, at my orders, on suspicion of treason. Only a small detachment of my UCAS Army Regulars and marines from the ''Biden'' held out in the naval base, whose land side had been surrounded by the protesting locals.<br>
