Seven is a real experiment who's real experimental. He was created as a proof of concept and conceptually, MCT wants him back. In his time as a sentient experiment, he's seen enough of any medical device ever, and is likely to freeze up if he sees anything having to do with surgery. This prolonged torture keeps him from sleeping well.
