Real Actual MCT Experiment
Seven is a real experiment who's real experimental. He was created as a proof of concept and conceptually, MCT wants him back. In his time as a sentient experiment, he's seen enough of any medical device ever, and is likely to freeze up if he sees anything having to do with surgery. This prolonged torture keeps him from sleeping well.

Combine all of this with being an experiment and Seven represents a genetic jackpot the likes of which have near zero probability. He awoke as a Mystic Adept after he was drained for project Oars and strangely didn't succumb to the infection. Well he didn't stay dead at least. After his escape, which he doesn't remember, he was taught by Predator how he fit into the world.
