Summary

The team was hired by a Clutch, a small chapter LT of the Red Hot Nukes to go to some investigation, and extraction, and send a loud message at a drug lab trailer park in the Redmond barrens.

Background

A few weeks ago the Nuke's distributor for street drugs failed to make delivery and then went silent. In the weeks since the location where the gang has pinpointed long ago as the cook's preferred lab and work site, an old gang insignia has begun popping up across a 10 or 12 block area. Clutch can't roll out hard on a neighborhood and risk the gang's reputation as a stand up motorcycle club in their more old fashioned protection rackets. So he's hiring a team to go investigate who using the Brain Eaters tag, because it's been defunct for a long time, bring back his cooks and all their stash, and send a message to this new iteration of an old gang.

The Meet

The Team's respective fixer's tell them it's a gang job but it's a fair pay gang job and for a slightly higher grade of client than you usually get in Redmond. The meet takes place at the Boom Boom Room, the Red Hot Nuke's furthest eastern clubhouse in Redmond, North of Crush territory in Touristville and far enough away from Hollywood that what govt there is in Redmond leaves the clubhouse alone. Clutch is direct, introduces himself and explains a little of the Go-Gang's history, as well as the situation. He gives the teams a few nights to go investigate, offering them a fair cut of the haul and decent pay. The gang was all relatively happy to get to work.

The Plan

That night the team got into legwork. They did a half dozen drive casual rolls in multiple vehicles to stake out the park and get eyes and matrix information on a few gangers and confirm there was definitely a small technical gang pretense in the park, as well as isolation a rigger and luckily put eyes on a hidden sniper watching the park from above.

The Run

The team arrived the next night and Throwback quickly turned the turrets into reload machines with garbage file. Throwback them got spotted by the sniper and missed being shot, taking the sniper out in return fire and taking a spot on the water tower before signaling the team. The team drove straight into the trailer park hot and laid waste to several guards who were spilling out after Throwback's matrix icon secretly got made by the "Brain Eater's" boss, an AI occupying a steel lynx in one of the trailers on the far side of the yard.

Fl0w and Shogoki went full shotgun theater on the goons that started spilling out of trailers, laying waste to most of them and leaving an equal amount unconscious in the first seconds of the confrontation. Throwback laid down cover fire and Stryker took out an entire flanking wing of thugs with grenades, blowing apart several of the trailer park walls in the process and sending the desired message.

Once over half the gang had died, fled or taken full cover behind walls, the team found the extraction targets one of them willing and one of them link locked and held captive for drug recipes, as well as the trailers full of drugs and loaded them all up and got out of the barrens trailer park.

Aftermath

A few trailers on the 505 in the barrens were blown up with microgrenades and a pile of bodies were left strewn around the park. The clients are happy and the trailer park camera feed was only delivering to an RPC that the PC's bricked and then nearly physically destroyed when the ork carrying it fell on top of it at high speed being knocked out by a gel round. The A.I. who was dabbling in re-starting The Brain Eaters let the crew know they had visitors and then bugged out as soon as the players laid eyes on it.
