Overview
Dr. Nathan Acula is a doctor that used to have a practice in Seattle, downtown. He was a well respected Psychiatrist, having many of his patients comment on his empathy and understanding. That changed when he started being vocally critical of the UCAS government, so much so that he was arrested and given a criminal SIN during a protest, stripping his ability to offer medical services. Now, the doctor has been welcomed into the seedy underbelly as a 'critical point of infrastructure', helping those whos goals may more align with his antigovernmental stances.
