Overview
Currently a jaded manager at stuffer shack, Echo-00 has managed to get into fixing by virtue of just being a socialite at bars. She hates her job and doesn't like most people unless they're useful to her - and from what she's seen, very few people are. She intends to go up in the world, and fixing is her intent to do so.
