Overview
"If the penalty for a crime is a fine, then the law only exists for the lower class."
A moderately well connected defense contractor, Liam Borrinea worked with Ares Macrotechnology before leaving due to ideological differences. He has a few contacts left in Ares on good terms, but he rarely reaches out unless necessary. He works with a small band of people he trusts, folks who worked with him at Ares but left when they felt they'd rather work with Liam than their old bosses at Ares. Other than connections through Ares, he has good connections to the underworld and black markets, funding his work through grey running with his team. Anybody from Corpos to Runners, as long as the Nuyen is flowing, so are his resources.
On an average day Liam can be found burning through a pack of cigarettes' as he tries to manage his jobs and his team. Reaching out will usually have him reply in a begrudging, overworked mood. He's cut-and-dry, to the point, and not at all empathetic. He'll always get the job done, but he hasn't the time for caring for others than his family - El-Ahrairah and WRN3 - and those who directly work for him.
