Overview
Sebastian Stone is a former intel officer for the UCAS government, CIA specifically, working with the director. He retired several years ago but was dragged back into the shadows due to his daughter's incident and a father's wrath at finding out who is responsible. He is a driven, pragmatic man who has little in the way of qualms, only that the job gets done.
He is thin with brown greying hair and eyes that are sharp as a knife, able to stare you down and get a bead of you. (Good judge Intentions)
Aspects Description
Aspect | Description |
---|---|
"No Matter the Stakes" | Mr Stone will work with runners he hires out to get the job done. He has a wide range of contacts, including military and former military and PMCs. If the runners need backup with heavy lifting, he can call someone. With a fee of course. |
"I hate Cartels." | Over his long career in the CIA, Mr Stone had many run ins with Aztechnology and the former ORO corporation. When informed that it's against Aztechnology or anything in Aztlan, consider him an expert. |
"You on the flight list?" | Among his contacts includes many commercial, private and corporate. If the runners need to find someone for a hot extract, he can do it. Now he can't control how much they can pay, but he can find someone. |
"Pax Americana" | If the runners need transport over the border, he knows a fella or two. He knows many ways in and out of the NAN, Aztlan, UCAS, CAS you name it. |
"You are never really retired." | Being a former CIA spook, he still has active connections to the CIA. If the runners are doing something pro-UCAS, that helps the UCAS government, expect him to go a little more out of the way to assist the runners, including calling people active at Langley. |
"Anything for a friend." | If you manage to get Mr. Stone up to rating 5 in loyalty via a run, he will make an effort to double check any contact. Generally at this level any people he forwards to the runners will be absolutely trustworthy and loyal. An inner circle of trusted folks that the runner can call upon. |
"You need some work in the shop friend?" | Mr. Stone can reference a runner to getting access to deltaware clinic at Langley, using this has the downside of being known to the UCAS government. You can trust Mr Stone, but do you trust the government and it's intel agencies? |
"Hang on lemme make a call." | Being a former spook means that you often have legal friends or at least those in high places. If caught committing a crime in the UCAS and you don't cause too much trouble, a call to Mr. Stone will have a lawyer get in touch with you to help you work off your sentence or at least give you some lee-way. If not a "get out of jail free" card, its probably going to come with some not so free stipulations. (Hey chummer, enjoy your UCAS SIN, you work for the CIA now on parole) |
