Character Information
Summary
Sticks, born as Desmond Brown, is an Elf born and raised in the city of New Orleans. He ran from his parents and their increasing pressure for him to lead in their crime family, becoming a shadowrunner out of pure survival and a need to lay low. This led to him having a personality rather unfit for a shadowrunner: with a go-getter optimistic attitude, empathic nature, and a fascination for cats that would likely keep him out of more morally dubious runs.
Goals
Sticks, at the moment, wishes to pay off the mortgage he has sustained thanks to Desmond's Cajun Delights. Afterwards, he wishes to buy an actual house for himself in Touristville and open a cat sanctuary for the feral colonies in Seattle.

Organizations
Allies
Stryker is Sticks' best friend, roommate, and highest confidant. Their mutual fixer, Benny "Good Boy" Cervantes, often bring them together on runs due to their synergy in combat.
Nearl was originally at odds with Sticks due to the events of Hold on for me, but they've grown to be good friends due to their mutual desire to improve the state of Seattle.
Psyche is a more aloof ally of Sticks; he vouches for him due to their similar pasts before running, but Sticks can't quite figure out what he's about.
Enemies
Sticks is wanted by The Archaic Society due to betraying his family, who are high-ranking members. Otherwise, he doesn't have any explicit enemies to note.

Appearance
Sticks is a 5'11 black Elf of a skinny, lanky stature fitting for his title. He sports frosted, tightly braided dreadlocks that droop to about shoulder-length that he ties into a ponytail during missions. He has dark hair, hazel eyes, and an intentional scar on his left eyebrow. He typically sports a small amount of makeup and war paint to match his Shaman image: most notably three stripes of black paint on each side of his face, starting at his jaw extending toward his cheekbones, somewhat resembling the stripes of a tiger.
Clothing
For casual clothing (and low-risk runs), Sticks sports a chest-length crop top and a black leather vest with worn-down skinny jeans and a pair of (formerly) nice but (now) worn-out sneakers. He usually sports various bone-related jewelry typical of a Shaman, namely a pair of alligator-tooth earrings and a necklace of various small bones from rats, rabbits, or birds (he considers it a "gift" from his cats). For more formal occasions, like a party, he may choose to wear a mesh shirt instead... Otherwise, not much changes about his appearance due to a lack of funding.
