Overview
Zackary Silverscale has been fixture in Bargain Basement for the past several years, preaching the good word of the Children of the Dragon on street corners and running a soup kitchen to keep the neighborhood's destitute fed.
Unfortunately, charity requires funding, so Silverscale has started getting himself tangled up in Seattle's criminal underbelly. It started with mediating a minor gang conflict, and has gradually escalated him acting as a street-tier fixer, passing along potential jobs in exchange for donations to his charitable works.
