Summary

If you get punched in public but nobody can see the guy that threw the punch, did you actually get punched?

Background

What happens when you neglect to read the directions your supervisors give you in your Idiots Guide to Keeping Wimps handbook? You get Skull. The byproduct of a disaffected intern lazily ignoring protocol to slack off, he is everything you don't want when you make a clone. Especially a clone you intend to scrap for parts.

Kept catatonic until it was convenient for his creators, he made for the perfect punching bag. Who better to vent frustrations on than the non-person durable enough to take it? It was a great plan, until Shadowrunners hit the facility. In the chaos, Skull's tranquilizers were disrupted which let him escape with a little help from his rescuers.

Adopting the poor ex-wimp, the runner team took him under their wing to show him the ropes. And take advantage of his particular brand of skills. He took to it like a fish to water, which was fortunate considering he was practically born yesterday.

Narrative Significant Qualities

Positive

• Built Different (prototype transhuman, biocompatibility): A hand-tailored genome makes for a perfectly customized test tube baby. But customized for what?
• Man of Steel (agile defender, shock abrogation training): Metal bones, hyper-coagulant blood, bruise resistant flesh, overtuned neural pathways, and vat-grown musculature; Skull has been hand-tailored for war and war alone.
• Quick Learner (jack of all trades, perfect time, shoot first): When one is only conscious a cumulative month of the year at a time, it tends to force them to use what little time they are given as efficiently as possible. While he has significantly more time these days, old habits die hard.

Negative

• An Elf by Any Other Name (distinctive style): Dusky grey skin, white hair, red eyes, and long ears make for a very distinct look. Just who exactly is he supposed to be a clone of?
• Born Yesterday (force of chaos, poor self control [thrill seeker]): Thanks to years spent under one induced coma after another, Skull's life experiences are lacking, to say the least. Not enough learned inhibitions makes for a reckless, foolish man.
• Scars Run Deep (driven, impassive, poor self control [vindictive]): The lessons that he did have the opportunity to learn were thoroughly beaten into him. Fortunately, he finally has a chance to start crossing some names off of his ever-growing list.

Appearance

A grey-skinned elf with red eyes, white hair, and a handful of grisly scars. Muscular yet lean, he is exactly what one expects to see when they look up the dictionary definition for "elven bruiser."

Scuffed combat boots, worn out jeans, ripped teeshirts, all second-hand bought from thrift shops or stolen off of clothes lines.

Generic faceless black silhouette of an elf man. Regularly uses an agent depicted as an elderly but still quite fit human man, bald, professionally courteous, wearing a butler's uniform.
