Overview
Raquel Greene is an ordinary Horizon employee with an ordinary life. He writes reports and spam articles, and generally manages to scrape by while paying his rent. He usually wants nothing to do with shadowrunners, and gets pretty nervous when anybody calls him. Why would anybody call *him?*
He does actually remain employed, for a reason, though - his headlines and blurbs are pretty good at getting clicks. A dubious honor, but at least a saleable one.
