Overview

The Reverend Toby Newton is a Catholic priest and the rector of St. Monica's Catholic Church in the Redmond barrens. The church is old and poorly funded, but it does its best to aid the poor, addicted, sick, and starving with what little it has. Rev. Newton himself is a pragmatic man who takes help when it is offered, and if you ask a favor of him, be prepared to put in the work to help him with one of the endless barrage of problems his parish faces. It's usually pretty safe work, just manual labor. He has a chronically ill brother who often can't afford his medications, which is a subject he may occasionally ask for help with.
