The Florist is an enigmatic figure whom does not hold direct contact, instead they deliver information on bouquet cards to your chosen location or home. The price for the information if one is needed is taken by delivering a credstick with the given amount to a unique locker address given on the back of each card. Those are connected to them are granted specific locations which they could use to send a message and a emergency commcode for a burner commlink.
