Overview

Vega is usually all work and less talk as he lacks in charisma, but after longer exposure he generally shows his true colors as a kind man.

While he started working in the shadows, providing medical aid on the side to pay for living expenses. After a big run was given sole credit to him, he shot through the ranks at DocWagon. He now provides Gear Services and medical attention where needed.

Aspect	Description
PTSD	Vega has a horrible reaction to any situation involving explosives, including knowingly being near them. He cannot work while they are near.
Heat Weary	Vega will not treat anybody if he knows that they have killed in the past (24-48) hours.
Hidden Anger	Vega will hold harsh grudges, and will give up information to the police if he would otherwise be criminalized. Anyone who has recently (1-2 weeks) mistreated Vega with a loyalty of 4 or lower will be turned over without a dice roll if threatened with a criminal record.
Shy Personality	Vega will generally avoid conversation, and is amazing at keeping secrets due to his aversion to making enemies.
Familiar Face, Friendlier Prices	Vega is slow to make friends, but isn't willing to let a friend die. Vega is willing to treat anybody with a loyalty rating of 5 or higher for free if the situation calls for it.
Do your worst, I've seen hell already	Vega has a +4 to resist violent intimidation, this bonus is reduced to +1 in the presence of explosives.
Professional	Vega has a +2 to all active checks having to do with medical gear, cyberware, or bioware acquisition.
Expensive Cyberware	Vega can accomplish any job having to do with manual dexterity in half the time.
Good Reputation	After a gable gone right, the higher ups are more willing to hear Vega out on things outside his reach. He has a +2 on rolls for scrambling friendly trauma teams, & things involving expensive items (40k+).
Project Manager	Vega gains a +2 on all roll regarding gathering information about DocWagon.
Solid Access	Graduated top of his class in cyber technology! Vega has a +2 to gear acquisition rolls for cyberware or bioware of grades alpha-ware or greater.
No Questions Asked	Runners suffer no negative modifiers for any notoriety they may have. This doesn't apply if a character is hostile or has triggered a negative aspect of Vega.
